Pho-To is a premium media sharing platform that enables users to:
3.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account providing a valid email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information and utilizing the authentication methods provided by the Service.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4.1 Free Tier: Includes limited permanent photo uploads, basic privacy controls, and standard support.
4.2 Premium Tier: A paid subscription providing unlimited uploads, advanced privacy controls, priority support, and cross-platform access.
4.3 Billing and Renewal: Premium subscriptions are valid for the term specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Upon expiration, accounts revert to "read-only" access until a renewal is processed.
4.4 Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing errors reported within 14 days.
5.1 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. You grant Pho-To a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2 Public vs. Private: You may designate albums as Private (viewable only by you) or Public (viewable/contributable by anyone with the link).
5.3 Anonymous Contributions: Public albums may allow contributions from users without accounts. Album owners are responsible for monitoring and managing all content within their albums, including third-party contributions.
5.4 Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or contains unauthorized personal information of others.

The Service utilizes third-party providers for essential functions, including but not limited to payment processing, data storage, and analytics. Your use of features powered by these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service's design, features, and original content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Pho-To and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
9.1 "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 Data Backup: While we employ industry-standard storage practices, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your media. Pho-To is not liable for data loss or corruption.
9.3 Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pho-To shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your media, metadata, and subscription records will be permanently removed from our active production systems.
10.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pho-To operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
