Premium is a one-time payment of $29 that unlocks unlimited photo uploads and video uploads for 6 months — no recurring subscription, no auto-renewal, and no ongoing charges. Yes! You can upgrade to Premium at any time from your account's billing page with a single one-time payment of $29. Your existing photos stay exactly where they are, and you immediately get unlimited uploads and video support for the next 6 months.
Every album is private by default and visible only to you. When you're ready to share, switch it to public and you'll get a shareable link and a downloadable QR code — handy for printing on invitations or event signage. Anyone with the link can view the album; switch it back to private at any time to stop new visitors from accessing it.
All traffic to and from pho-to.me is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Albums are private by default and only become visible to others if you explicitly switch them to public. We never use your photos for advertising or sell them to third parties.
Photos support JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP on both Free and Premium plans. Video uploads (MP4, WebM, OGG, QuickTime, and AVI) are a Premium-only feature. Files are automatically optimized for fast viewing while preserving quality.
Yes! As the album owner, you can download all the photos in an album as one or more ZIP files at any time — your photos are always yours. Note that video files are not included in the album ZIP download; download those individually instead.
Nothing is deleted. Your photos, videos, and albums remain safe, viewable, downloadable, and shareable exactly as before. Your account becomes read-only, though, so you won't be able to upload new photos or videos until you make another one-time $29 payment for another 6 months of access. There's no automatic renewal or recurring charge — it only happens when you choose to pay again.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. All your photos and albums will be permanently removed. We recommend downloading your photos before deleting your account.
